In December 2019, Green Environment Sculpture and Landscape Joint Stock Company and Dat Viet Real Estate Investment and Services Joint Stock Company (Dat Viet Company) officially signed a contract to design and construct the square park after a period of surveying and designing.
Accordingly, Green Environment Company will construct all landscape and green tree items for more than 30 hectares of Gia Lai Central Park Urban Area Project.
The expected time for handover is before Tet holiday so that the investor can open on time. This is also one of the large real estate projects invested by Dat Viet Public and Private in Gia Lai.
